At Fritzy's Roller Skate Shop, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your skating journey. If your gear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your skates or accessories are in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags still attached.
Submit a Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original product box, place them inside a shipping carton, and attach the provided prepaid shipping label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our workshop inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5 business days.
